On the login page, select "Forgot password?" and enter the email address associated with your 0mtogel account. We will send a password-reset link to that email within subject to verification. Click the link and choose a new password (minimum 8 characters, include letters and numbers). If you do not receive the email within subject to verification, check your spam or junk folder. If the email still does not arrive, your email address may not be registered with us. In that case, contact our support team with your account username or phone number so we can verify your identity and send a reset link to the correct address.

Payments and transactions

Yes, all four banks are supported. At 0mtogel, you may deposit by transferring funds from your online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment account to a virtual account we generate for you. Select "Deposit" in your account, choose "Bank Transfer," and select your bank. A unique virtual-account number appears; open your bank's mobile app or ATM and initiate a transfer to that number. Deposits typically settle within subject to verification depending on which bank you use: online payment is fastest (subject to verification), while e-wallet and mobile banking average subject to verification, and local payment may take subject to verification. We do not charge a processing fee on top of any bank charges. For withdrawals, you may request funds be sent to any of these four banks using your verified account number.

If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, first check your 0mtogel account balance to confirm whether the transaction was posted. For deposits: if payment was debited from your e-wallet or bank but does not appear in 0mtogel within one hour, log into your bank or e-wallet app to verify the transaction was actually sent. If the transaction shows as "cancelled" or "failed" in your bank, the funds will return to your account automatically; wait 1–2 business days and resubmit the deposit. For withdrawals: if your request shows as "pending" for more than three business days, verify your KYC is marked "Approved" in account settings. Confirm your registered bank account number and account holder name match your submitted identity documents exactly. Contact support with your withdrawal request ID and the bank's reference number.

Games and markets

Live-dealer tables at 0mtogel feature real human dealers and physical cards or wheels, streamed via multi-camera HD video from studio locations. You join a table using your account balance, place your bets, and the dealer conducts the game in real time (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger). The game outcome depends on the dealer's actions and the physical game equipment. Slot games, by contrast, are software-based RNG (random number generator) games like Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways. When you spin, a computerised algorithm determines the outcome instantly. Slots have published RTP (return-to-player) percentages and variance ratings; live tables do not. Account tools and support

We at 0mtogel offer a loyalty tier system where your activity (deposits and wagers) accumulates points. As you earn points, you advance through tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum), each unlocking higher cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, and exclusive promotions. Your tier status resets monthly. The number of points required per tier and the exact cashback percentages are displayed in your account under "Loyalty". Points are awarded on deposit activity and wager volume; we do not award points for withdrawals. You cannot "buy" tier status—only activity-based accumulation counts. Our platform provides several account-management tools. In Settings, you may update your email, phone number, and linked bank details (used for withdrawals). You may review your complete transaction history (deposits, withdrawals, wagers) with timestamps and amounts. You may enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security. Your KYC verification status, loyalty tier, and current balance are displayed in the Account Overview. You may also view your deposit and withdrawal limits, and contact support to request temporary account suspension if needed.
